While the reception area was under construction , the set up they had was excellent 👍, great location, clean room, comfortable bed, new fixtures and showers, ice was available 😀, we took over the pool all day for 5 days 😆, never interrupted anyone BTW, fun spot, pool is great, and clean, lots of seating too! I would suggest having a few umbrellas over some of the seating, but the place is getting a whole revamping, so im sure that its in the works... rooms are smaller, but to be honest even as a bigger girl, it was cozy, with killer AC!!! We were here at 118° and you couldn't even tell, the new windows and shades are superior in keeping your room an icebox if you please. We will Definitely come back again and again. We felt home, not judged for playing our music at the pool and just laughing and having a blast 😄. We are clean, so we made sure we cleaned up our mess. I can't say enough about this place! Phenomenal!

The location of this Hotel is fantastic! We are staying here every year when we visit Lake Havensu. The swimming pool is great with the view on the lake and a lot of restaurants, shops and The Londen Bridge are very nearby. The employees of this Hotel are very friendly and the rooms are very clean and modern and are having great beds. We really enjoyed our stay, thanks a lot. See yea next year!

Great price for a good location and clean, modern amenities. Friendly, helpful staff. Coffee in the mornings was an added plus. Although still being revamped, we would certainly stay here again.

The location was perfect. Close to the bridge, casino ferry, and food, etc. The view was beautiful as well. The staff was very accommodating and awesome.. My husband and I were traveling with my mother-in-law, who is disabled. They made sure to have a shower chair and room close to the ramp to get in a lit easier. The bed was so comfortable (I have had 2 back surgeries, so I was praying it would be), and it was very quiet. The price was excellent for the area and the room. We would definitely stay there again.

We enjoyed our stay here. The sunset was beautiful over the lake from outside our room. The room itself was recently remodeled, and we love the modern amenities. They added extra trim around the windows to keep the light and heat out, something I would like to do with my bedroom windows. As a female, the illuminated mirror, and the shaving food rest in the shower put this room over the top.

New hotel with quality and clean rooms. Microwave oven is available both in room and on reception. Very comfortable bed and a good view to the lake Havasu as a bonus. Coffee on the reception in the morning made my day.

Rooms were recently renovated to a very good standard, with the motel in an excellent location only a few minutes walk from London Bridge. Also there are several good restaurants in close proximity e.g. Angelina’s Italian Kitchen Whilst the foyer/reception are is still undergoing renovation, the staff at reception (Barb and Terri) were very welcoming, friendly and helpful, dealing with any questions promptly and professionally.

The people there was so nice it was like angels and I forgot the lady that runs the hotel she was a blessing we need more like her and our other hotels around the world because she made you feel so welcome she always had a smile I told her how much deposit she looked at me like I was crazy she said we don't accept deposit it's no need she's very trusting I like her and I will be back

Location was great for the bridge and restaurants - Mark was super helpful with the whole check in process and information about the area. Great overnight stop off !!
